I got attacked. He beat me and tried dragging me into a dark woodsy spot from behind. But of course I didn’t just sit there and take it. I fought back and I got lucky I’m not hurt bad. It could have been so much worse. He didn’t even reach for my purse. I think we know his motive here.

He pulled a knife out after I kept struggling, but all I have is a ripped up shirt, bruises, cuts, and extremely superficial knife wounds.

I’m fine. No matter how safe you think your fucking city is, it isn’t.
